Wyoming Points Notification

I just received a letter of notification from WY Game and Fish that I got all of my points this year. The letter also stated "to reduce mailing costs, this will be the last letter mailed". Not a big deal because I can check online. I just find it amusing that WY can charge me $295 to buy points, but they are trying to reduce cost by not spending $0.41 for a stamp.

Only Wyoming.
