Wyoming Non Res Elk Tag Mail Date?

Can anyone tell me the approximate date the non resident elk tags were mailed out and what is the procedure for asking for a replacement tag if you never received your tag? Thanks.

I believe I got mine in late March. Didn't really pay much attention to the exact date though.

I would call the fish and game and find out about a replacement license.
