Wyoming Moose Success

I was just wondering if anyone has had any success on Moose in Wyoming. Hopefully soon i will be able to draw in hunt area 21 or 22.

I killed a bull in Unit 25 on Oct. 1, and helped another hunter get one in the same unit the next day. Know of one bow killed bull in 26 that was shot Sept.28; and another on Oct.4 from that unit as well.

Thnaks for information, I hope that in the next couple of years I will be able to draw and go after one with my bow. Were you able to get close enough to any to bring down with a bow? It does not have to be a monster just a nice bull.

The other hunter and I that were in 25 were gun hunting. But, yes, I am confident either of the bulls we shot could have been stalked to within bow range.

I too shot a moose in unit 25, small bull in North Cottonwood Creek. Where did you harest moose?

I killed a small bull in 22 on opening day. Unfortunately I did not have the time to stick around. It appeared the rut was just beginning and time was all that I would need. Time that I did not have. Sooooo..the first bull died. 4x3 and 23 inches. Did I mention that the meat is awful good and that I had a great relaxing hunt.

My wife killed a nice bull a few days ago in Teton county. He's a 45" wide 12x11. He scores about 158 B&C. The last animal she shot was a buffalo that is in the top 50 B&C. She's getting spoiled.
