My son and myself went on our first antelope hunt and we had a blast - lots of lopes. We saw several bigger than what he finally shot but they were tough to get onto with several blown stalks before he connected with this one that goes 13-14 inches with 7 inch bases. After dropping him off at the taxi we did a little quick measuring and he will go at least 75" with all that heaviness. I was surprised at how well he will score. He made a 300 yd shot so I was pretty proud of him.

It was frustrating hunting those speedy devils but a lot of fun. Now I get to go back again and try to fill my tag. I am trying to get mine with a muzzeloader but that is proving next to impossible but it sure is fun trying

where in wyoming are you hunting i love to hunt in area 94 have hunted it twice with good luck on quality lopes can give you some info on that area if needed. David
