Wyoming Draw Odds

In review of the # of tags available in the areas we've hunted in the past it sure looks like they've been reduced significantly. Additionally, the NR fees are up substantially. Is that the case across the board?

There was a 20% increase in tag and license price increase this year, both R and NR.

They say that the Elk have reached managment objectives so they are decreasing the Cow tags but that is all I have heard.
