Wyoming Area 17 Moose

Here is a picture of a moose that I shot in Wyoming area 17 last week. After 7 days of hunting afoot, horseback and from the truck glassing endlessly...I finally found this guy. Only the 6th moose I saw in the whole time, and mighty glad to get him. He wont score high, but I like the character of his antlers. He will look fine on the wall!

Cool looking moose. It is a tough moose hunt. But that makes the trophy all that much better. The country looks a lot like near where I took my bull. I averaged about one different one a day too. Congratulations.

In all honesty, I would have been just as happy with a lot less bone as I cant really call myself a trophy hunter. It is the opportunity God provided and I am grateful. Thanks for the comments
