What are payment method options for application? Do you have to use a credit card?
Does a debit card work or savings account work?

If you apply and don't mark the box for your 40$ deer point, can you purchase your PP later if you don't draw?

If you don't draw your first choice you can, but Wyoming doesn't allow you to buy a PP and draw a first choice tag in the same calendar year. If you pay for a PP during the application and draw your first choice they will refund that PP money and you will be at zero for the draw the following year.

Yes, applicants unsuccessful for first choice can buy a point in the point period if they forgot to check the point box and send the extra point money in for the application.
