I was just wondering if somebody could give me a little input on areas 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19. All I really need to know about is land acess. Is there much for public land in those areas? How about outfitting? Since there is a negative correlation between getting permission on private land and outfitters, I don't want an area with a ton of outfitting going on. Also, is it a zoo on opener, like every other place with easy tags?
