Wyoming Antelope Area 91

After driving past all of the antelope on our way to go deer hunting, we finally decided to try for a tag. Have seen some threads about checkerboard BLM/Private land, etc. Anyone out there familiar with 91 that can ease my mind about public access before my maps arrive?

Looks to be mostly BLM with some State sections thrown it out there north of Hwy 28 and east of 191 from Farson.

I've been through there many times in Oct. & Nov. and see plenty of BLM access roads and lots of antelope. I'm used to CA and NV where there are huge continuous tracts of BLM. Sounds like it might be a little different in some parts of WY.
