Wyo draw date?

The Wyo G&F site lists the posting date for elk as Feb 28th with the draw date of Feb 21. Anyone have any ideas as to whether we can find out earlier. I'd like to know before the 26th as this is the Utah app deadline. My odds aren't good for WY but you never know and it'd help to know before I put in my Utah app. Any insight would be appreciated!

Thanks for the update. Not sure how you found out as their website is hard to find that info. As expected I did not draw dfor Area 7 and will likely need to wait several more years.
