I drew a unit 64 type 2 tag and had some general questions. I am an experienced non res and was looking at taking my horse back in owl creeks for archery. What is the grizzly situation like? Will they bother a tied up horse? Are there better places than the owls for archery? I see some left over cow tags-how come so many left over? Is it worth picking up one? I assume come Nov 1st the elk will be down lower-any basic inputs would be appreciated.
