WY Idenpendent Governor Speaks Out

Here is the link to an article which appeared in the Casper Star Tribune. I have not seen the actual release from the candidate but it appears as though he believes Wyoming should not sit down and be quiet regarding the decision issued by Judge Jackson, Washington, D.C.
