WY archery antelope

I have a 73 type 1 tag. From what I can tell in the regs there is no early archery season for this unit, nor for many other units either. So if I want to bow hunt it, I'll have to do so when everyone else is gun hunting. Is that correct? Are there any other legal issue I need to be aware of if I want to use my bow? The proclamation and WYGFD web site really has little info on archery.

In your Antelope regulation booklet it shows that you can archery hunt August 15. You will also need to purchase a seperate Archery License.

Can I still archery hunt after Sept 16 with my type 1 license? Do I still need to buy an archery license?

Yes, you can archery hunt during rifle season, you will have to wear an article orang of clothing and no you don't need an archery license to archery hunt during a rifle season.
