The 2009 WSOP Final Table just started not to long ago...few hands into it Shulman raised up a pot and PHIL IVEY reraised "all in" for around 10 million in chips...and the entire poker comunity worldwide went absolutely frickin silent as Joe Cada took every second possible to make his decision before mucking his cards!! This event will be televised on the 10th of this month 9-11:30pm ET on ESPN btw...

Chris Moneymaker 2 outted Ivey on the river back in 2004 knocking him out in 10th place, just shy of that final table...the same Shulman's father 2 outted Daniel Negreanu in the 2009 WSOPE(european event) heads up for that title...poker is a sick game sometimes!! But I love it...

Never_C, Funny of your timely post, i had just read Negreanu getting beat out of first place this year in Europe by a two outer Ace on the river. I like Danial. I read that this puts him up over 12 million just in Tournament play. Not bad i'd say.

I'm hoping that Tiger Woods, i mean Phil Ivey, is gonna to win the main event. Too bad the best player doesn't always win. That Moon guy's been pullen card out his rear end all tournament, seems like a hella nice guy though.

Schulman seems the jerk in all this though one of the better players. He's saying that he'll throw the bracelet, doesn't like what the WSOP has done to the game...??, in the garbage if he wins it.

I've been looking forward to this for some time. Do you like the format where they wait for months after getting to the final 9? I don't, i say play the game. I'm going to have to flip channels tonight though cause the PBR, pro bull riding, finals in Vegas are also on at the same time and though some of my guys aren't riding any longer, some are and i'm a still a big fan.

LOL the moon man has definately had plenty of luck for a lifetime logger, he's had ups and down already at the final table but is holding his own.

No I don't like this format at all either!! ESPN bought rights to it completely this year though, so I can't be watching it on ppv right now like years past...a holes!! I say shuffle up n deal til it's done!! If Ivey wins this he's the Michael Jordan of poker hands down...

That means you'll have to be a Kobe fan with Negreanu lol
