This legislation if it was passed by the House and Senate would likely be vetoed by the President. My guess is it would pass the House and die in the Senate with Harry Reid never having it come up for a vote. The EAJA encourages many environmental lawsuits that plague many Western states. I am sure many folks at the USFS and the USFWS service would also like to see this legislation passed.
