World Record Mtn Goat

This photo was emailed to me and supposedly is a new world's record from British Columbia.
Is it "world's record" P&Y or B&C ?
Anyone know anything about this monster?

I think it is the new P&Y record, it was shot last year and featured in Eastmans Bowhunting Journal. It was pending in that issue, so it may or may not be official now.

Harry,
I asked about this goat on HuntingBc.ca. It turns out this is the second potential P&Y World Record taken last year. The first was taken by Alen Bolen, one of the owners of Bolen Lewis Trophy Guiding Co. http://www.bolenlewis.com/ Alen's goat was taken in the early season last year.
The second WR was guided by Bob Milligan on a February hunt. The hunter who shot the goat is Shad Wheeler from Spokane Valley, Washington.

His statement on the measurements:

I just got this goat in BC last week, he green scores 55 1/8, he is 11 3/8 by 11 1/8 with 6 inch bases.

Yeah that goat was featured in Eastmans Bowhunting Journal 2 issues back. I believe it just needs to be panel scored again and it will be accepted as the new world record. Look at the ice in the back ground , looks pretty friggin cold eh?
