Wolf advocates want to repeal 10j

I just saw this discussion where they talk about groups working to not just put the wolves back under ESA but repeal 10(j) as well. If memory serves correctly, that would make it illegal to shoot a wolf to protect pets.

One of the wolf advocates on that thread indicates there is already litigation in Montana regarding 10j. Anyone know about that?

Very interesting to read these comments.
Two things really show:
1. They hate all hunting and hunters.
2. They plan to increase wolves by what ever means necessary.
