Whats the deal with cental utah WildlifeManagmentAreas. Are they closed in the winter and spring to all access including foot? Does anyone know the exact closing and opening dates? Thanks.

They are going to close January 1 of the new year and re-open usually April 1-15.
Don't quote me on that but if you find a marked access point to the WMA you are wanting to enter you will find a sign that tells you when you can and can not enter.
Also, no access means no access so unfortunately no foot access or access of any kind.
They do this to help the wintering animals in a number of ways. one is to keep the deer humpers from trying to hump the antlers off of the deer.
