Withdraw Application

Does anyone know can I withdraw my application for this year and then get a preference point later for antelope?

The deadline to modify or withdraw your application was June 3rd, so now you will have to wait until you see whether you drew your first choice and that will be around the 23rd. If you did, you won't be able to buy a PP this summer. If you didn't draw your first choice, you can buy a PP between 7/1 and 9/30 whether you drew another choice or even if you buy a leftover license next month when they go on sale.
