Finally, some common sense. However, it doesn't preclude the Interior Dept. from consulting with Congress about future wilderness designations.

That was refreshing to learn the BLM agreed to stop breaking the law. I am afraid it is probably one of those things that are too good to be true. Sec. Salazar sounded like he may still try to get that agenda, just not so blatantly against the law.
