The wife found this unique set Sat. morning as we were out beating the brush. The right side(her right side) was still mostly buried in a snow drift. That's why it's still really brown. The left side was a short distance away under a tree.
The wife does it again. This one was laying just as it's shown. Last week we would not have found these because of the snow. Couldn't find the other side, still a lot of snow drifts. We'll give it another week or two and hit this ridge again.
Notice how both of these bulls don't have any/much palmation? Nobody wants to shoot a bull like this so they are the ones left to do the breeding. Lot of bulls with "elk type" antlers running around.
