Wife finally drew her first tag--Wasatch-Springville cow elk (late)

After four years sweating my minerals off in Texas, I'm back to this great state I love. Thank. You. Lord.

God willing, my lovely wife might fill the freezer this fall. She drew a Wasatch-Springville cow elk tag, late season (Dec. 23rd - Jan. 31st). Anyone had this tag? Recommendations on who I might contact for general guidance? It's her first hunt. Ever. And our son's first chance to tag along. I anticipate buying a lot of hand warmers.
