Why haven't gun manufacturers boycotted Kali yet?

Seems it's about time for the manufacturers to refuse to sell in Kali. Meaning National Guard, Police, etc.

If Newsome wants a gun free state, why not give it to him?

Money is too great. With LE to service 40m folks, the volume would probably be enough to have them put up with the B.S. Besides, I believe this will tossed for the sheer stupidity after the Bruen decision.

At this point, don’t you just win another chance to fight it out again?

Ironic that gun owners are being asked to fund the fight between manufacturers and Uncle. Like ferd asking me to defend their airbag lawsuits.

California is really tough on firearm violations.

In the trailers, the Deputies located 104 tabs of LSD, 30.8 gross field weight (GFW) of heroin, 7.1 GFW of methamphetamine, 5.9 GFW of psilocybin mushrooms and no less than 20 fentanyl pills.

The fentanyl pills were hidden inside a fake Dr. Pepper can. Next to the fake Dr. Pepper can was also a digital scale. There were numerous other digital scales and packaging materials located during the search.

In one of the trailers, Deputies located 15 large containers containing marijuana in various stages of processing, with an estimated weight of over 200 pounds. Two other containers had approximately 20 pounds of bud marijuana packaged in 1 pound increments. Deputies further located growing marijuana plants on the property.

Deputies further located 21 firearms hidden behind a false wall in a trailer. The firearms included 2 AR-10 rifles and a Polymer 80 9mm handgun all which did not have serial numbers. These firearms are commonly known as “ghost guns”.

Deputies further located a homemade firearm suppressor (silencer).

There was also a short barrel shotgun and a stolen pistol, along with hundreds of rounds of ammunition. Deputies located numerous ballistic vests, a collapsible baton, metal knuckles, and miscellaneous firearm items.

Brett Tucker was found to be a prohibited person and is not legally allowed to possess firearms, or ammunition.

Brett Tucker was arrested on the listed charges and booked into the Mendocino County Jail to be held in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.

It's simple we buy so many guns here in California they won't stop selling here. When the pandemic started they were lined up at ANY gun store buying anything on the shelf. And then bought as much ammo as allowed. Newsom is a dick pure and simple

Yep, it's a copycat of the Texas abortion law. It even has a provision that says it will be automatically invalidated if the Texas law is ruled unconstitutional.

Justice Kavanaugh predicted this would happen.

Regardless of how one feels about abortion, the Texas law is bad legislation as it's written to thread the needle attempting to avoid judicial scrutiny. We have three separate, but equal, branches of government for a reason. The Constitution wanted each branch to check the other, not have one branch write circuitous legislation attempting to avoid that check and balance and gain an advantage over the other branches.

We don't know yet if it will be ruled unconstitutional, though the Roe ruling, and it's recent undoing, prove that a SCOTUS decision isn't the be-all and end-all we once thought it was; however, these laws are certainly against the spirit of the Constitution by specifically attempting to circumvent judicial oversight.

The California gun law is an example of where that kind of thinking can lead. Justice Kavanaugh saw it coming.
