I just read the article on KSL and logged in to MM to see if anyone had posted it. I'm sure this joker is proud of his homemade arrows and has showed them to several friends or family. I'm sure he will get turned in soon. Let's hope.

This is clearly a case of a rifle Hunter taking his fat a aggression out on the archery guys. Find the guy that needs to shoot 3, 999 yards to compensate for his small weiner and you will find the poacher.
 
I read on another thread that the mark was not personalized, but that of the manufacturer. Don't know this for a fact.
