Who's heading out?

Leaving tomorrow and heading to S/W Colorado for the mule deer hunt. It sure will be refreshing to get into some high country and get out of this Kali (that's for you Bess) desert heat. For those heading to the hills this weekend...good luck and have a good time. Anyone else leaving this week?

The opener here in Az is Friday, I will be going out for that and hopefully let the air out of a nice one.

I will be heading out this Thursday for AZ opening. Was in th woods this past weekend and camp is set up. I picked up a turkey tag to go along with the deer tag. Seen a few turkey while scouting so you never know.

Headed out tommorow to try and fill my elk tag. Shot a little buck on Sunday. Hunting season is great, I just wish it would last a little longer. You wait all year and it ends so fast.

this week is ging to be usless,
there is nothing on my platter that is as important as getting ready for thursday, heading out elk hunting.
more over i have lots of things to get ready.
have to set up camp in the back yard,
see if i have every thing i'm going to need.
I do this every year it realy helps.
did the full truck tune-up this weekend, and went over the trailer.
I'll be hunting with 2 new guys this year. We have been shooting the bows at my place for the last 5 weeks, think we are ready to slide an arrow into one of those great beasts when the time permitts.
