Like it not the States own the wildlife within there boundaries. Im all for the Federal Government issuing tags on NF to only NR's lol

It would be unfair to only issue the tags to NR’s, I propose that R’s be eligible as well but only if they hire an outfitter

you all know, Wyoming is the capital of rugged individualism. We don't accept no welfare around here....well, unless it's available. then ya better get to swinging elbows in the bums rush to the trough

The WYOGA is nothing but a bunch of panhandlers and this TF is an attempt to steal control of Wyoming's Wildlife. Part of me thinks that the G & F is in on it
