Who can't wait for sheds? (Pics included)

Some of us never stop shed hunting, the passion runs so deep many people don't understand why we do it. But I am really disgusted with the way people are takin sheds these past few years, whenever my brother and I have a school day off, we normally go on foot, and we just see ATV tracks and snowmo. tracks all the time in areas where there not supposed to be. It pisses me off to walk as far and as hard, and then they just come in with vehicles...They should just shut down off road vehicle use in almost every area because its ruining it for the rest of us. What do you guys think?

Not too bad if I don't say so myself. Let me promise you though that this next years finds will far exceed those!!! I am guessing around 23 browns!! It's time to get serious!! I just hope the 400 sheds survive the hunting season!! WTH please put one on the ground this weekend. Time is running out!! Oh I know what you're up to...you were thinking of me by not shooting a bull...that way he drops his sheds for me!! That is very kind of you!!!

LAST EDITED ON Oct-11-05 AT 01:13PM (MST)[p]what time of the year did you find them. you know the season will be right around the corner.since i am not working at the store i will triple my amount of sheds and be able to hit spots that supply lots of sheds first. im getting jacked. the store screwed me. i only got to go like three weekends and my dad and i went during the summer and found a lot. but after school i did find lots of whitetails. i hope i can find the set to my big buck.

We found them in middle May. We didn't even go in very far. I think some people forgot about those areas that are closer to the road and blew right past them. Wow!! We weren't even dreaming that we would find so many in an area that gets hit pretty hard each year. Oh well!! I guess you never know what you're going to find!!

i can't see your pictures, but as for your opinion on the fourwheeler tracks and what not, i'm with ya. it completely pisses me off to be out walking then coming across fourwheeler tracks out in the middle of nowhere!
