Whitetail Unit 34 Help

I'm just looking for some general info, I've got a couple of kids that have some tags. Were striking out on finding a place to kill a couple doe's. There are a couple landowners that said they might let us on there place. I'd much rather hunt public ground, if any of you have seen a whitetail in this country or have more info your willing to share I'd be more than appreciative of it.

I've had one of those tags the last three years. Its my opinion its nearly impossible to find a place to hunt unless you know someone at least anywhere neat Casper. My buddy has land on several miles of Casper Ck and it usually has a number of whitetails. He told me the other day they think EHD has wiped out a bunch of them. I'll be looking for a buck, but my hopes aren't too high that I'll see anything...
