Hey guys,
I was thinking of buying a whiskerbiscuit to put on my bow. Do you think it is worth it? My dad has one and he loves it. I just want to know your opinions.

LAST EDITED ON Jun-13-05 AT 06:15PM (MST)[p]I sell them more than any other rest. I think they are great. Your arrow wont fall off.Ive heard from some it tears up the the fletching , but others say no. They say odd vein up is best for arrow flight.....Sharlin

If you are hunting with it then I would say you can't go wrong with the biscuit. If you are target shooting I would say maybe look at some of the fall away rests that are out there. I personaly love the biscuit. I have one on both my bows just and just like was said above the arrow will not fall off so they are great for hunting. I have noticed some vane wear but not enough to make me change my mind. I also agree with the odd vane up statement, for some reason it helps with accuracy.

Yep, **** vane up. The black bristles on the bottom of the WB are stiffer in order to hold the arrow up better, you want to avoid having a vane go through those. And yep again, it is a great hunting rest, especially if you're trying to stalk with an arrow nocked and/or need to move around a bit.
If you take a small drop of fletching glue and put it on the front of each vane, it will help prevent your vanes from getting tore up going through the WB.

I just put one on my wifes bow and having tried it out they look and work good. The brand new Biscuits have softer bristles which are supposed to reduce vane wear.
