Whisker Buscuit Question

Ive heard a lot obout the Whisker Biscuit. Im ready to outfit my Switchback and Ive decided to use a Whisker Biscuit. My PSE is equipped with a basic, standard rest. I went on Ebay to look around and I saw a ton of Whisker Biscuits for sale. The only problem is that Ive discovered there are a bunch of different types. Is this in fact true and if so, how do you know which one will be best for my bow? I will be shooting 4" vanes and I understand that they may not last long. Some have other opinions! Any advice on the W.B. would be great!

Whisker Biskets, the "Deluxe" model has nice micro adjustments.

The "Quick shot" Bisket is slotted to allow much easier loading of the arrow.

The "B-2" is the newest version of the bisket with softer whiskers so it is not so hard on the vanes.

The micro adj. "deluxe" is up to you, but you definatly want the "Quick shot/B-2" Bisket.

Hole size depends on what arrow you shoot;

Small hole for Axis, ACC or other very small diameter arrows

Med Hole for standerd carbons like Gold Tip, or Beaman ISC

Large hole for most Aluminum arrows 2114 tru 2514

As far as were and tear on your vanes, it's true. There are several vanes on the market that have a reputation for working well with Wisker Biskets.
#1 Bohning Blazer vanes
#2 Vanetec vanes

If you want to use a Wisker Bisket, I suggest you re-fletch with one of these two vanes. I use & like the 2" Bohning Blazers, helical.

Well, I appreciate it very much. Im going on Thursday to have my bow put together. Its always nice to come to this sight and have no problems finding answers!
