Which unit would you archery elk hunt with a commissioners tag ?

I was fortunate to win a Wyoming commissioners tag . I intend to use it on a do it yourself archery elk hunt. . I will most likely be hunting by myself so I prefer to avoid bear country.
I have been putting in for unit 22 for 20 some years. But there is a lot of positive talk about unit 124.
Quality of hunt means much more to me than the score of the bull. I really want to avoid 'hoards of people' .
I'm open to any suggestions on other units that may offer a quality hunt

Congrats! Even though you got the tag that I was certain was meant for me, I am happy for you.

I don't know much about 22 but if I had won that raffle I would have hunted 124. If you decide on 124 PM and I will be happy to share with you what I know.
