which broadheads would u use?

I was wondering if anyone has used the montec broadheads and how do they work i shot a pig yesterday and was not really impressed with the vortec expandables i only got about 6 or 7 inches of penitration. But if i could get some help on some good all around broadheads?

Wac'em broadheads. One of the best flying on the market, IMO.

If your asking about expandables, sorry I can't help you. I don't see myself ever using them.
But I found Slick Trick Broadheads to be by far the best flying head, sharp, and leave enormous holes. I also use Muzzy Phantoms for close range bear hunting.

I've had very good luck with the Magnus Stingers. Fly very well with my setup and can't beat the life time guarentee.

Like I said in an other thread , I've used wasp jack hammer 3 blade open on impacts , reg 125gr sst(alum arrows)first deer , and vortex 100 grains open on impacts , and had success , but a few years back after I got my first fast bow I had trouble getting my heads to fly well w/carbon arrows and I no longer wanted to use open on impacts I was told about these Rocket Ultimate steel 100s' . I bought a 6 pack , put em together and shot three . They fly GREAT ,and do hold up . That Sept I shot a spike elk at 28 yards and my arrow just blew through , he never knew what hit him , He walked up about 5-6 yards stood for a moment as my dad cow called holding him , and reared up and back flipped . Its the only big game aniaml I've killed with these heads but the proof was there for me .I bought another 6 pack , so I should be good for a while , but if your lookin into a solid 3 blade , look into these rocket ultimate steel 100s' ...NMHUNTNUTT
