where to start

i only have 5 points and as a non resident it looks like point creep will keep me out of the top units so i was wondering are there any units where i could get on some private land with a outfitter and see a decent six-point. my dad has 5 points too and he is too old to wait for a tag. i know a gen tag with a outfitter would probably work but dad needs milder terrain to hunt in , not the long horseback type hunt in rough terrain. we did that when he was younger but now he needs something a little easier. thanks preston gray
