Jerry Cantrell has put out some good solo stuff since Staley cashed in. He is one of the most underrated guitarists out there. There is an old MTV Cribs episode with Jerry. He is at his Dad's house feeding cows on the back of a truck and then proceeds to show a freezer full of meat from a bull they had just butchered. It was pretty funny to see that contrasted with all of the hip hop artists houses and cars that were usually featured on that show.

I love that music. I was at my prime in the early to mid 90s when we had cassette tapes and I wore out my Alice In Chains and Soundgarden. Pearl Jam too among others.
