About what time of year do you guys start to shed hunt i'm thinkin of tryin it myself any advice would be helpfull.=)

I like to wait until most of the elk have dropped there antlers. That way im not pushing bulls out of there winter range. Its hard enough finding all the matched sets as it is 
. But my area is secret, so I dont have to worry about competition. I usally combined shed hunting with spring bear season.
