When to give up hope for CC hit?

Hard to say this year with the big change but past years every year less and less.

I'm thinking quite a few in some northern areas.
I'm basing this on the audio recording when Anise
said they were considering turning certain leftover
weapon types into any weapon permits for sale this
summer.
Did anybody else pick up on this statement?
For the record I don't agree with adding more rifle
permits in my northern area. I'm already contending
with a 4 month archery season. I can't wait to see
how they iron this all out I er the next few years.

To answer the original post; don't lose hope until
you receive the email.

if the archery tags go unsold they should not go to muzzy or rifle tags. Same with the muzzy tags if they go unsold they should not go to rifle tags.
