When is the last opertunity to buy a point in WY?

Hello, I haven't received the WY regs yet. Could someone tell me when the deer application opens and closes? Also will this be the latest I can get a point?

I'm not sure when it opens, but you can apply until the end of May.
If you don't apply, you can buy a point in the July to October period.
