When do you...

Just wondering when you guys would send in optics to be worked on. I know this is probably conditioned upon who manufactured them. Why I am wondering is I have an older Leupold rifle scope that has some scratches and dings on the lenses. As far as I can tell it doesn't really affect its performance, but I wouldn't mind not having the scratches on my scope. Could anything be done or would they even do anything? I've heard good things with working with Leupold.

Leupolds customer service is beyond any other in the optics world that I have dealt with, I have seen or heard of them doing work that is not under warranty for free and I think if it bothers you send it in the company will treat you right.

I have owned Leupold scopes for 25 years and have NEVER felt I shoulda bought something else instead.
