I didn't get and material gifts but in a couple hours I get to go spend Christmas with my Goddaughters and that is the best gift of all...

I'm working on a rig south of Cody Wyoming so I got to talk to my kiddo and listen to him open presents yesterday before he went back to his mom's. If you're going to have an 8 year old next year, don't forget to get him a blowgun with broadhead darts!!

I can tell you from experience the broadhead darts go in a hell of a lot easier than they come back out. It hurts worse on the out as well. Stupid friends....

I gave my 2 11yr.old grandaughters their first big game hunting rifles.The looks on their faces was priceless.Had a great time with my kids and grandkids.Oh and I also got a new T.C.Venture in 6.5x284.Had a super good day.(ROD)

I had an awesome christmas. My wife got me that 338 ar-15 and a 300 blackout upper for my ar's. My mom won an alaska fishing trip for 5 days for 2 people at the local sci banquet and gave that to me for christmas which was BA. and one of the most awesome gifts which came early was compliments of slamdunk. He put a good word in for me with his boss and got me the primo spot on an elk hunt which usually has a long waiting list. I may finally be on my way to bagging a 400" bull. When I told my wife what slammy had done she told me to consider it an early christmas present for myslef and that we'd figure a way to pay for the hunt by fall. I have to have the most awesome wife in the world. Not to worry, I'm already working on paying her back. Im gonna book her the dream hunt of her lifetime for 2014. A kodiak island brown bear hunt.
