410 grains @273fps I refer to the setup as (silent death)

know the area well your hunting,
the vegatation in teh area could play a critical roll to filling yur tag.
i will scout out the trails
cut some paths and find the best location.
next its time ot cut your bow,
i prefer to find large enough saplings that it takes a
come-along to pull it back.
two of them at about 4'-0 spread.
its time to build your self a giant sling shot,
they are real affective out to a range of about 2 1/2 meters.
seen this done on tv. but they were tossing pumlklins.
with superb acceracy (usally with in a 40ty to 85 foot circle.
pretty darn good in my books.
wnce that deer gets into rainge (spitting range) shoot as many shots as you can.
one might get close enough to scare him to death.
good luck,

Wow these are all some great setup's. Mine is a Golden Eagle 2. That I painted camo myself. I dont shoot w/ sights or a release. I have nothing against them just feel that those are two less things to worry about during a hunt. The only thing I really have besides my arrows is a finger tab. I have been shooting for 25 years like that. I guess Im from the old school. while my Bow may look terrible and not have any fancy gadgets we have had the opportunity to bag Mule Deer, Javelina, Elk, Pheasant and even did a little fishing with it. I hope you and your Bow have shared some great memories of the hunt.

I shoot a PSE Venom pro series with the good ole Wisker Bisquit and the F22 sight. I shoot PSE radial x-weave arrows. I have no complaints about the set-up. I have shot Hoyt for years but I decided to try a change and I love it. I am hoping it all brings me good luck here in a few weeks.
