Whats wrong with this Deer??

This whitetail doe is right behind my house, have any of you guys ever saw anything like this? Maybe it could be a entry and exit hole from a bullet or arrow? Maybe something else, any ideas.

One should note its mainly Whitetails that get'em. I've never seen a picture of a mule deer that has them

I killed a buck here in Utah with my bow a few years ago that had them.

i shot a blacktail that had one just like it, and while butchering the deer their were visable worms in the meat?...didn't eat it...

I shot a mulie in Utah in about 04 on the muzzleloader that had one. He tasted delicious so I just figured it was some type natural seasoning or marinade......

Manny- I've shot a few deer with the worms you're describing and I've eaten the meat and the worms. I didn't see any side effects.
