Whats legal and whats not????

I was wondering this.... I keep seeing pictures of deer antlers that are all bleached and attached to the skull I thought that that was illegal to keep those. Thats what I thought it was in utah. what is the law on this because I have seen a few of these laying around but I didnt' dare even touch any or the DWR would fine me take everything i own or throw me in jail or somethin.

I live in New Mexico and they just passed a law for the same thing but if you do find a skull thats worth it you can purchase a permit or get it for free Im not to sure and keep it that way but you better check the rules in your state? I know they made that law so pouchers cant get their grubby little hands on all the big animals and just say they found them while they were shed hunting. hope that law works probably only for the law abbiding citizens just like all the rest of the rules.
