I shoot a PSE Nitro with the new single cam. My last bow was a Hoyt Ultratec, that got stolen I sure did love that bow.

High Country - Triple S
This is a nice light weight bow. This is the first year I have hunted with it and it has performed great.

Mathews Legacy. Absolutely one sweet bow. I also have the z-light rigged as a back up.

I shoot a Hoyt Razortec. It is by far the best bow I have owned. It seems to be the perfect combo of speed, forgiveness, and accuracy. My back up bow is a PSE Rageous, which is also fairly nice.

I shoot a Renegade Archery Tominator II. Best bows I,ve ever shot or owned. Renegadearchery.com

PSE Avenger with the U-1 cam set a 60 pounds, CF Dominators 300's, NAP Thunderheads 100gr, Quicktune 3000 rest, Grizzly sight, NAP Shockblocker stabilizer, and Limbsaver accesories everywhere with a Mongoose release.

Mine is a High Country Carbon Lite Speed, it is getting a little old now but, it still does the job nicely.

I have 3 that I shoot.
I have my hunting one. Got it last december, the Hoyt Cam 1/2. with a drop away over draw, easton carbon evolutions and 100 grain thunder heads.
For target / competition i have a 1994 PSE. Drop away release aswell. Glowlite tripple sights and a mathews dual tied string.
Then I have my screw around one. Dad had it since he was 16 and handed it down to me. Old Martin Cougar. Sweet shootin bow though ;)

Mathews Ultra Max I really like it since the only other compound I've ever had was an ancient Bear Polar LTD. What a difference in technology. Gary

Hoyt magna tech, first good bow I have actually boughten my self and not have it just gaven to me as a hand me down. Seems to shoot pretty good. I just went to carbons this year and I think I will stick with carbons.

Two custom longbows and a Mathews LX regularly fling my arrows. The longbows are by far more fun to shoot.

Doug/Red Rabbit

I shoot a BEAR ALASKAN at 60#'s shooting carbons with 100gr muzzy's, I also have a GOLDEN EAGLE at 65#'s shooitng aluminum superslams with 100 grain mechanicals.>>>>Justin

Several Hoyts, some more Hoyts, too many Hoyts. I also have quite a few custom recurves and longbows. Man, I need a yard sale. :)

Archery Research AR34 set at 27/70. i have it set up with Winners Choice string/cable, Spot Hogg Real Deal sight, NAP Quiktune 1000 rest, Doinker Multi Rod stabilizer and Sims products. I use Gold Tip 5575 XTs tipped with Steel Force 85gr broadheads.

Mathews Conquest 3 with the Super Soft cam (I'm a finger shooter): incredibly smooth draw - even at 70 lbs - and an absolute dream to shoot. I finally found a fast, modern bow that is REALLY made for a finger shooter (and I've been lookin' for awhile).

My main bow is a High Country Brute Force XD. My back-up is an old Hoyt set at 90 lbs. I'm hoping that I am able to get an Mathews Legacy or LX this winter. Maybe Santa? Haahaaaa..

made to bring down even the biggest,
I stand only 3'-7 but I'm mighty.
use to shoot the old triditionals,
had me one of those blue ridge mountian hickory sticks,
it was a 4 stringer, one on the bow and 3 used to pull it back.
but the airlines made me give it up, near misses on their birds you know.
heck i use to lonch 57 arrows at once just for effect.
some day i'll tell you the rest of the story.

ELKMASTER101,

Hey dude,,,you are giving the name a bad rap! You have alot to live up to with that handle!!

New here, 1st message posting. Anyhow I shoot a Matthew's ConquestPro- great bow, love to shoot it!

WartHog

I shoot the Bowtech Patriot. This brand will completely change the bow market. Shoot one and you will never be the same!

well until last week it was a hoyt raider and a nirk recurve but i finally broke down after ten years an bought a new one. after several moths of shooting and research i decide on the bowtech patriot. I shot it two times and i just couldnt quit thinking about it. i also tested the mathews lx, legacy and hoyt ultra tec and super tec. while all shot nice the bowtech just felt better. Mountaineer

The bow I hunt with is a Hoyt Magna Tech ZR200.I love that bow, extremely smooth and fits me great. Also shoot an old recurve called a Wasatch Rambler. It was my dads first bow and the one I like play around with in the back yard.
)))---->DEVIL_DOG<----(((

An archery research 34 set at 70# with the ram and a half cams. I also have as my back up bow a PSE beast.

Newest bow is my Bowtech Patriot, the Martin & HiCountry are now gathering dust in the hunting gear room.
foxtrot4elk

Bowtech Solo, My martin also is gathering dust but it was 13 years old ..and it was time to upgrade... I love the Bowtech and will buy another one in a few years.

I shoot a Hoyt Razortech; rock solid wall & smooth draw. One other thing I love about the Hoyt's is the grip, not too big like most other bows I have owned in the past.

I'm shooting an OUTBACK from Mathews. I really like it, best bow I've shot.

I'm right there with you on the Outback, a short bow that is every bit as forgiving as bows much longer.

I'm sure I'll be shoot'n this one for a while.

Bow Tech Extreme Short Draw also called an Extreme SD. Hard to find a fast and forgiving bow for a 26.5" draw length.
Still shoots very well for a four year old bow, can't seem to justify $600+ for a new bow. Plus all the new bows are alot heavier than the ESD.

I shoot the Bowtech Mighty Mite. Very smooth and very forgiving bow for having a 30 1/2 axle to axle.

I shoot a Parker Phoenix 32. It seems to be a sweet little unit but I may purchase a BowTech Patriot in the near future.

Just got a new Mathews Switchback loving every minute of it, put on a Spot Hogg Hunter Hogg it and Trophy Taker dropaway rest. Shoots awesome

I shoot a Hoyt Ultra Mag and Love it, so glad I spent the money on it even if it did get me in trouble with my wife. Had to up grade from my old Bear Archery Whitetail II bow. It is still in the garage hanging on the wall as a back up.

Mathews LX w/ a spot hogg hunter hogg-it, muzzy zero effect drop away, scott lil' goose release, and gold tip pro hunter shafts (also like the Balckhawk vapors). Tack driver!!

?America is a great country, the harder you work the luckier you get.?

AKA Larry Pasero Jr.

BowTech pro-40 dullie 29 draw @ 70lbs, gold tip pro 75/95, nap crossfires, cobra sidewinder sight, nap 3000 rest.

Just bought a new Hoyt Ultratec with XT2000 limbs, 60 to 70 lbs. draw weight. I can't wait to start shooting it. I am just setting it up now.

I shoot a 2004 Mathews LX upgraded to 80#, Trophy Taker rest, Montana sight, 55/75 camo pro's, Blackhawk V-Max 5000 and Eastons 3-71's It is producing 85# KE. 2004 80# Hoyt Ultra Elite, Trophy Taker rest, Sure Loke sight same arrows. It is producing 88# KE (I dont like this bow). I just bought a 80# Bowtech Allegiance, Rip Cord rest, sure loke sight, Same arrows. It is producing 94# KE.

65 lb Hoyatt Hunter recurve, I love that it is simple, fun to shoot and light. Aluminum swagged (tapered) shafts, very helicle feathers and 2 blade Zwicky 125 gr.

Having a custom made recurve built right now. Can't wait to give it a whirl.

I have hunted with a Matthews since they came out years ago and haven't seen the need to buy a more modern compound. It has been a great bow.

i shoot a hoyt striker solo cam,, trophy ridge micro matrix, i shoot black hawk 4000 with g5 tekan broadheads and my release is an overkill, it shoots great for me and thats all i can ask. cbryant

I have been shooting a LX with a TR dopzone and spothogg Hogg-it sight and carbon express cx 300's. I just picked up a new addition to the family. Switchback with spothoggs seven deadly pins, TR dropzone, Arrow web quiver and carbon express 300's.

Old Hoyt Spectra Eclipse, 41" axle to axle, 61 lbs. w/60% let-off, pins out to 60 yds. (practice mostly to 40 yds.), 2215 XX57 arrows cut to approx. 29", New Products centershot rest. Bought the bow and parts in 1990, or thereabouts, don't rightly recall exactly.

I'm getting back into bowhunting after a 10-yr. hiatus. Rotator cuff problems and dose of target panic was the cause. Loved flingin' arrows so much I'd shoot through the pain until one day I couldn't draw it back no more.

Just bought a new Savage 11FL .308 and 3-9X40 Weaver Grand Slam so all I have left is about $350...just enough for a Reflex Grizzly!!! I want to stay with shooting fingers. Is this bow a good choice? Some things are just better that the wife doesn't know about. Besides, she's preoccupied remodeling the house$$$.

my bow is old about 17 or 18 yrs its a ben pearson renagade 2 it has wheels but i shoot it well so why change.

Most of my hunting is done with an old Brackenbury Drifter recurve I bought in 1986. Not real pretty, not real fast, but gets the arrow where it needs to be. It still shoots as good as I can!

I do have a new bow ordered. It's a Blacktail Elite VL recurve, should be getting it sometime in May. www.blacktailbows.com Can't wait to pack it in the mountains for elk and blacktails!

Tree Killer

Welcome to the extreme side Harry! That's a great bow. I suspect we'll be seeing some field photos soon enough. :)
