what happened with USO and arizona?

I heard that U.S. Outfitters won their battle with arizona on the non-resident issue is it true or was this just a terrible rumor?

I hear they won too and now they have filed in Wyo and Montana. I guess we will see some fireworks from those 2 states later this year.Money talks, common sense walks
