What elk season is going on?

Today I got bored, so I took a drive over By woods landing to see what was up and moving around. I was parked on gravel road, and two trucks came down the road behind me, and one of them had a 5 pt bull on a trailer. Is there still a bull season going on over by laramie?

There are bull seasons open until 1/31 in 3, 8, 16, 78, 84, and 114, so several of those are fairly close to Laramie.
