LAST EDITED ON May-05-06 AT 01:41PM (MST)[p]Hey guys and gals shed (bone)hunters, I have been thinking about how huge shed hunting has came within the past few years and we thought "hey, if we have Boone & Crocket and Pope & Young, why not for all us, unless there is for shed hunters, can we not have record posting for all the great bone we all hunt for?" Is it not just as big of rush to find one or a set of 200+ buck sheds or 400+ elk sheds. I would like feed back and to see how many of you shed hunters would like to be able to have your finds known to all?

There already is a record book for sheds. The one I have is from 1998 and is called "Shed Antler Records Of North American Big Game". It looks like the group who put it out is called North American Shed Hunters Club.

My bad, but still it seems like it does not get as much publicity or recognition as the other two does. Do you know much behind them, as far as do they have Mag's or are they just Web known? I just haven't heard about shed hunters being recognized like they do. I f they are great, I was just brain straining a bit.
