What Broadhead Sharpener

I was wondering if anyone found a really good sharpener that will put a truely fine edge on a blade. I have tried almost everything out including these types of different configurations. The sharpeners I tried have had the sharpening part built into a handle or something to hold onto (crossed carbide blades, round ceramic stones, crossed ceramic sticks, Crossed Diamond and steel rods,) The best one I found was used for a Filet knife and had crossed ceramic rods. The only problem was I could not get the blade fully sharpened due to the small opening on the sharpener. I have ended up using my Lansky, and it takes freaking forever to get the really fine edge on a bunch of blades. I use replacement blades, but I sharpen them much more then stock. Factory is pretty sharp, but nothing like a stoned or polished/stropped edge is. So, any suggestions on something that will reduce my time, and the blades will fit into easily. Thanks

I too would be curius what type of heads you are using. I use Muzzy and can shave with their blades right out of the package. I do however have to sharpen the tips,I do that on a flat stone.

I have now shot 5 deer with the factory blades and had pass throughs on all 5.

i use razorcaps. they are a little expensive but well worth the $i think. i talked to the manufacturer he said to ure a butchers steel on them . with a little work they are shaving sharp.i wont use another broadhead. i shot my bull this year bedded i hit him square in the backbone and had exellent penetration.i killed 3 bulls with muzzy 125s but they wouldnt group as good as id hoped. also tryed rocky mt turbo. they grouped exellent but the blades would come loose . love the razorcaps.

I am shooting Muzzy 3-Blade 100gr. I have tried with the blades attached and by themselves. The blades are sharp from the factory, but they are not as sharp as they can be. I also sharpen the tips on flat stones until I get to a ultra fine ceramic. I wont argue I might be a little too focused but there is a noticeable difference in cutting edges after you work on them. I used a full package of tips just coming up with a procedure to make them actually have a cutting edge. I am just trying to reduce some of the time involved if possible.
