Just now got my check sent back after 4 months ago and notified that their magazine is not longer being published....only the weekly California paper.

Always enjoyed the falls issues as had a lot of info for hunting. A sign of the times ahead I guess.

Too bad they had some good stuff over the years. But I'll tell you it's getting harder and harder to find hunting magazines in a lot of stores that used to carry them. One of the gals that works with my wife, husband works for a chain that used to carry a bunch of them. I had my wife ask her what's going on why the shortage? She told her that they're getting complaints at corporate on carrying the mags and took them off the shelves. We're getting hit on all fronts one domino at a time.

That's really too bad. Western Outdoors is one magazine I've kept my subscrition to, even when dropping others. They did a very good job, I thought.
