I don't know about any of you but I am sick and
friggen tired of calling technical support and trying
to get any help.

Who am I calling you ask? I am calling HP, Microsoft Support,
Quickbooks..... Yeah, I know I ain't the sharpest and should
be able to figure it out.....

Here is the problem: every @#$!@#$@!#$@#$ time I call Abhidya,
Nadira, Salim, or Rambha answers the friggen phone. If they
want to hire over seas help, I guess its their right. But
get someone who can understand English!!! I can't write complete
sentinceeses but I can at least speak.

I tried to tell them I couldn't understand and I told one to
quit #@@$!@#$ interupting me when I was speaking. For some reason they got pissed. I guess its a culture thing???

The only bobcat who trys to buy American but still ends up dealing with foreigners!!!!

Next time your fixin on making a call, just go down to the local convenience store & hang out for a while, so you can get some lingo immersion.

BCB, I'm in 100% agreement. Our company tried out sourcing a bunch of different functions to India. We had so many problems that they gave most of them up. The people they hire for these positions are taught a few key english words and then expected to carry on normal conversations. Ain't going to happen. Maybe the solution is to ask the dealers if they out source their technical support and if they don't know or don't answer buy from someone else. Course they all probably out source.

I probably have 10 times more wasted hours under my belt with these fools than most. I just hang up until I find someone with a little better english. That is the extent of the help I can give you with this matter. Sorry.

You got that right!!! When you live in this hole of state its
hard not to. Besides, after all the great advice I gave you,
you should be a little nicer. Remember? The Alaska trip? When
I suggested you didn't talk politics with the pilots???

But you are right about the English; better to hang up and try again. If they could speak as well as that Hindu guy on the Simpson's I would be doing all right.
