I am going to try these heads this coming fall for pigs. i was wondering what all you pros think of them. i am shooting 4 blade muzzies and i cant get them to fly for sH$t. i was shooting great with the montecs and the rcky mntin titaniums but they are just too much money. any info would be appreciated. I hope they work because i am after california and texas hogs.

I have not personally shot them, but have nothing but good about their flight. They should deffinately shoot better than the Muzzy's. I have not heard much about their durability.

I have not shot the SST's, but last year I shot the WASP Bullet 100 gr. after years of wasting time with the Muzzy three-blade. The WASPs are nasty broadheads - they fly true and do some serious damage. Before the season I was shooting 3-4" inch groups at 50 yards and had great confidence in them going in. As luck would have it, I killed my buck this year from 50 yards and the entry wound was the size of a quarter. Had I not hit a far rib (which was shattered), it would have been a complete pass through. As it was, the double lung hit piled up my buck within 125 yards. If the SST's fly anything like the Bullets you will be very happy you switched from the Muzzys.
